Book the School

When our school is not being used for educational purposes, it may be made available to groups and individuals for community use provided that such use does not interfere with regular school activities.

Our gym is currently booked weekday evenings up until the end of May.  Weekend bookings are not available.  Please contact the school at (306) 781-2115 or email [email protected]. 

Gym Rental Guidelines:

• Non-profit groups do not incur a charge if the gym is used during the week.  If used on weekends, there is a payment for the open, close and caretaking fees ($50 each) as well as a gym rental fee of $40/hour (APF-9030.1: Application and Authorization for Facility Use Form).  Fees are payable to "Prairie Valley School Division" (not ÉWCS) and should be dropped off at the school along with the forms. 

• We also require a copy of your liability insurance prior to anyone entering the gym.  
• Application for use of school facilities is to be made to the principal at least one week in advance of the requested date(s). Forms and a copy of insurance can be emailed to the school and applicable fees can be mailed or dropped off at the school.

• Groups are to be out of the school by 8:30 pm.  Groups using our facility are to treat it respectfully and leave it in the same condition as it was found.  Disrespectful or improper use of our facility may result in being asked not to return or not renewing the rental.
• Should a school event require a date that your club has booked, school events take precedence.
